Meeting Mark, the building manager today made my first day at Vantage so smooth.He was super helpful,patient. Though his duty hours were over, he took the trouble showing me around(got all meter readings),car park,ensured I had got a few sets of keys.Arranged for rubbish removal(mattress,etc) in a short time.Many loose ends tied in one day.Cannot thank him enough.Very efficient.

This letting agency recently changed management but the new one is as bad as the last one. Nothing has improved since the new management under Kate Campbell took over mid this year. They tried to trick me in staying with them by pretending they will improve their service but it´s all a big lie. Landlord be very careful and don´t use this agency for your properties. They do not respond to emails or calls or answer any questions clearly. They put tenants that don´t have income in my flat without going through the proper guarantor contracting procedure nor did they demand any rent payment in advance. The worst part is that they did all this without informing me and simply signed the tenancy contract on my behalf. As a result these unqualified tenants moved into my flat without my knowledge about their financial situations and ran away with six months of overdue rent and significant damages to the flat. In addition the agency told me that they were going to withhold tenant deposit for the missing rent and flat damages but in the end I have never received the deposit money because UB claimed the money was sent to the wrong bank account! This is effectively theft. If anyone has similarly bad experiences with this agency and intend to sue them, please get in touch and we can take legal actions together against this agency. If anyone is considering buying property from developer Salboy, also think twice as Salboy works with Urbanbubble on property letting and building management services.

Has been 4 months since we moved out of the property and they owe us at least £1100 that they have not returned. Every email and call gets ignored. Owe my roommate money from a faulty door handle they told her to call a specific locksmith stating she would be refunded the cost and 6 months later still nothing. Absolutely unacceptable

I reported my bed being broken in January (the base has completely sunk in as it's held only with fabric) - it's now December. I've chased multiple times and I have no update or even as little as a response from this agency. I've tried calling, emailing, chasing via the residents portal, speaking to the staff in my building, yet nothing. I have scoliosis and extremely severe back pain, which has gotten much worse thanks to the incompetence of this agency. Avoid them at all costs, when I moved in I didn't even have a bed - or any furniture for that matter - for over a month. They also still charge me rent on the wrong day after chasing it since the day I moved in. They even got permission from the landlord to take it on the day I requested yet they still try to take it early and send me threats of being in arrears every month over it.

We had a problem with our door we had been trying to fix (without much success) and within ten minutes of asking him if he knew anything about the mechanism, he had come up and fixed it!! Great member of the team and so glad we have him on site!!

These guys are the worst

These guys are the worst, most incompetent embarrassment of an establishment who don’t have a clue what to do except threaten and demand with little to zero communication with anything no matter how urgent. Disgrace of a property management and should be removed from the building. The best part about the building is leaving it knowing I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

Landlords avoid!

These guys are a bunch of cowboys...landlords please avoid at all costs. My tenants just moved out, no checkout, keys lost, no rent for the final month. They will not reply to any of your calls or emails. Shame on SALBOY for recommending them, it is a massive black mark their own reputation.

I agree with other reviews. Rubbish company run by a bunch of rubbish. Don't expect them to reply to your requests or emails. They also stole tenant's deposit and didn't carry out any repairs. Why does it still exist?

Another disgruntled landlord! Do not use Urbanbubble to manage your property. I have learnt the lesson the hard way. I could literally right a book on how bad they are. Kate Campbell is apparently a manager and does not respond to any phone calls or any emails no matter how urgent.

They are not just TERRIBLE, they are dangerous. Please be aware!

I am not surprised to read all the extremely negative reviews about this inefficient, useless, vicious and ultimately dangerous Company. They are a complete & utter DISASTER! You just cannot rely on them, and this regards everything that needs to be taken care in the Building where I live. The very last example to corroborate my opinion is due to the awful & genuinely dangerous situation they put me through after what it was supposed to be a basic & ordinary "fire inspection": it is since April 2023 that I have not had installed the fire alarm on top of my main door with 4 open wires in the wall. Despite asking for Urban Bubble to complete the work, chasing them by phone calls, emails and all sort, they just did NOTHING! They surely live in their own bubble, where customers' needs are not considered and very poor service (or lack of) is their signature! And knowing that my landlord pays these Clowns a big amount of money every Year to do NOTHING or make mistakes, it totally drives me crazy. WORST Company ever: lies after lies, empty promises when they actually do reply, deceiving approach and even clear signs of prejudice when one of their Reps laughed at me, during a call, because of my foreign accent. This is Urban Bubble, a Company that not should not be in business, but their Management should be considered accountable for all the lies, mistakes, wrong doing and other nasty things, starting with TS! I have now involved Manchester House Council as I believe that they are the only ones that can force these lazy BEEP to finally do their job. And, obviously, I would go out my way to discourage others from using this Company's services. In fact, with other Tenants we are discussing a possible petition to have removed them as Building Management Company, even if Contract might not allow us to do so.

UrbanBubble is a nightmare to deal with!

UrbanBubble is a nightmare to deal with! I'm a Landlord and they are renting out my flat in Manchester. The contract with the tenant has expired 1 month back, and they did not take any action since then to clean the house and put it on the market again. Their level of communication is so poor. I have sent more than 20 emails and tried to call every single day with no response. Their property letting team is extremely unprofessional and they provide zero value for the money you pay them. Not only that they are also holding the deposit which I need to fix the house! Stay away from them!
