GoogleWorst service I have ever seen!!! would give no star if there is an option. Manchester Advent Residents suffered and are suffering from fire alarm ringing from the middle of the night for HOURS AND FEW TIMES in the middle of the night for months and months, no solutions at all!

GoogleMark from Vantage Quay in Manchester was very helpful and helped me get back into my apartment (-the fire-door before my entrance wouldn’t open as the lock had jammed) Nice to see that someone is working and helpful even though it’s outside normal hours.

GoogleJust left an apartment with Urban Bubble and can’t thank Mark - Vantage Quay, enough. Couldn’t of been more accommodating. Since he took over things have really improved and the dialogue between tenants and site management has been brilliant

GoogleThe caretaker of Vantage Quay, Mark is amazing. He is super responsive and has gone above and beyond to help me out. When I fractured my ankle he has helped me out bringing in parcels and even offered to help get me small thing from the shops. Truly above and beyond and doing a fantastic job.

Google**PLEASE READ** Do not go with Urban Bubble Manchester. They are quite possibly one of the worst companies to ever exist. Even if you have found your perfect home in Manchester, if the property management is by urban bubble, do not go with them. They do not respond to complaints, they do not fix problems in time (it took them over 3 months to fix a washing machine in my flat). They don't care about you or your issues. Please be careful with this company, they have made my first few months of renting awful. TRUST ME, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Google-100 stars if it were an option, don’t bother with these idiots! We recently moved into a property managed by them and the fire alarms blare off at random times each day for the past 5 days. All they say is we are looking into it to no change. The man on the out of hours phone was incredibly rude and even hung up after getting an attitude. When there actually is a fire, have a drink for me whilst I burn to a crisp 👍😑
