GoogleApart from Nick, who has been ALWAYS punctual, attentive, caring & extremely helpful, the rest of the Company is a complete disaster! You just cannot rely on them, and the last example is the chaos and the awful situation they put me through after what it was supposed to be a basic & ordinary "fire inspection". They do really live in their own bubble, where customers' needs are not considered and poor service is their signature! And knowing that my landlord pays these clowns a big amount of money every Year to do NOTHING or make mistakes, it totally drives me crazy. WORST Company ever!!! Ps. Their replies in the last 2 days are only LIES and simply laughable! I would go out my way to discourage others from using this Company's services, PROMISE!!! Ps. They are changing their name, finally. Urban Lazy Bubble!!!

Hi Ale. Thank you for leaving a review. As outlined in correspondence sent to you, the routine fire door inspection which took place within your apartment and the fact the fire alarm for the building sounded yesterday were unrelated matters. I am sorry for the inconvenience which was caused by the fire alarm sounding, however this happened beyond our control.

Joe has been appointed my property manager and ever since he took over things have been done so quickly and efficiently! He’s such a nice lad and is always willing to explain things and ensure I am sent emails and such in case I forget any information I requested over the phone. Always able to get things sorted in a timely manner and is a right laugh to chat with, thanks Joe :)

Adeeb is managing our tenants. He has been on the ball in chasing late payments and notifying me timely of progress. Whilst my experience with Urban Bubble was, at times, difficult. Adeeb’s strong customer focus shone through. May it continue and may others learn from him about dealing with customers.

GoogleIt's been a nightmare. We started the process of switching the names on the tenancy agreement last April and it took until SEPTEMBER for it to be completed. In that time it took months of phone calls and emails trying to move the process along. Incompetence is an understatement. ...So, tell me why a couple months ago I decide to pay my rent later in the day than usual (i.e. around lunchtime). Around an hour later I receive an email pressing me for my rent payment, when I've already paid it. First of all, check your records. Second of all, where was this energy a year ago?

GoogleThe worst letting agents you will ever come across... stay away at all costs or be prepared for an absolute nightmare. They ignore your calls and emails at all costs, making it impossible to get hold of them, such is their staggering sense of unprofessionalism. Do not rent through them or they will make your life a living hell.

GoogleWorst service I’ve ever gotten in the whole UK. I seriously don’t know what they do every day. My dishwasher has been broken since I’ve moved in and it’s been a month without an update. They barely answer my calls and e-mails. Besides that, the moving in process was nothing but just handling keys. I don’t understand how your conscience is clear while all people experiencing problems with you in the comments.

GoogleAs a landlord who entrusted Urbanbubble with the management of my property, I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with their services. From the outset, Urbanbubble presented themselves as a professional and reputable letting agency, promising comprehensive management and support for property owners like myself. However, the reality could not be further from the truth. Throughout our partnership, Urbanbubble consistently demonstrated a shocking lack of competence and disregard for basic principles of property management. Communication was virtually non-existent, with emails and inquiries left unanswered for weeks on end. Attempts to address concerns or seek assistance were met with dismissive responses, if any at all. I would strongly advise against entrusting them with the management of any property, as their track record speaks for itself.

GoogleCurrently a homeowner in the Castle Irwell new housing estate in Salford. We pay a service charge collectively for a maintenance and ground works to be carried out as per our mortgaged contractual agreements. This company does not hold up their end of the bargain and have had several missed bin collections, maintenance not being carried out, graffitis not being removed and communal gardening not being completed properly.

GoogleProspective tenant, completely baffled by the lack of communication. I'm motivated to rent a flat having recently relocated to the area, but no response to messages sent, meanwhile the flat has been sitting there for a month and was even reduced in price. I always wonder if the landlords actually know they could be making money, but it's because these agents are dragging their feet that they're not...Ridiculous.

GoogleTerrible management of Alpha house Northampton. No response to issues raised. Building looks tired. No maintenance. Leaks everywhere in building. No proper cleaning service. Whole site is dirty. Lifts are playing up. Front doors do not open. Subcontracted staff on site are in the dark as to what’s going on. Service charges very high. It’s a shambles
