Dealing with Urban & Rural has been great from start to finish. From the very first time I contacted U&R for the first viewing until the very end when getting the keys they have been very friendly and helpful. From my point of view they have been different from other estate agent. Phone calls get answered promptly! Someone will be handy and would know how to help and give right information. As a buyer I felt that they were helping both sides to try make the transition as smooth as possible. I would like to thank Steven, whom I’ve dealt mostly with for keeping me informed all the time and ringing and emailing with updates, sometimes emailing back from early in the morning. Dear Urban and Rural Estate Agent, I want to share my disappointment with the service I received recently while trying to arrange a property viewing. Last week, I rang to confirm a viewing for Monday but was told I had to wait for confirmation from the tenant. By Thursday, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I rescheduled for the following week. However, when I rang again on Thursday to confirm the new viewing for Saturday, I was told you still hadn’t received confirmation. This was very frustrating, as I had to keep chasing for updates. I feel it should be your responsibility to follow up promptly and keep me informed. Instead, I was left without answers and had to do all the chasing myself. When I asked questions to understand the delay, like when you last contacted the tenant and why it hadn’t been followed up, the agent seemed annoyed and didn’t offer any reassurance that the matter would be resolved. This only made the situation worse. I feel there was a lack of organisation and communication throughout, and I would appreciate it if you could improve how you handle these situations in the future. David and the Urban & Rural team worked very hard to finalise the sale of our property in Bletchley. The photography and video of the property were very professionally done, and all viewings were accompanied. After two sales that fell through, the final sale proved to be complicated for a variety of reasons and we appreciated the efforts made by David to keep everything on track, over what ended up being 6 months. As well as communicating by phone and email, we set up a WhatsApp group for the duration of the time we were selling our house, and this meant we could message at any time of day or night.
