Molly has been absolutely fantastic, tenacious and incredibly communicative! On our first viewing, Molly knew the answers to all of our questions, even down to the smallest of details. Something we haven’t experienced with any other agent. Molly kept a constant line of communication open with us and the vendors and was always immediately available to help. I could not reccomend Urban and Rural Estate Agents, specifically Molly any higher. We would suggest that anyone selling or buying in Bletchley gives this agency a ring!! We closed in 6 weeks. The whole team did a great job in supporting the sale of my property including the initial valuation and marketing during a slow period in the housing market (even securing an offer after I had officially removed the property from the market). Amanda was brilliant throughout, dealing with some very complex issues around my leasehold and time constraints due to the pre plus owners of my new property moving to Scotland where there are stricter time constraints on completion. Terrible experience, had an offer accepted, arranged solicitors and mortgage for this within a week, apparently too late for the estate agent and they pulled out the entire offer. Proceed with caution, they want every single thing already arranged for you before you even put an offer in. Edit after their reply below: I did not receive any calls that were mentioned. I had a call a day after the offer got accepted about solicitor details, to which I mentioned I was getting quotes and deciding who to go with. At the same time, I messaged my broker and set up an appointment to go through the mortgage packages on offer. This process took a week. When I had everything in place, I called Molly (the assigned person) to which she instead messaged me saying they've gone with another seller because I took too long. 1) The calls beyond the first day or two do not exist. There were no emails, no texts, nothing regarding the urgency of arranging everything within the week. There was no communication on informing there is another seller who is interested and they'll go with them if I dont get the details. 2) Pulling out my offer just because I took a week to arrange my own solicitors is an absolutely horrendous reason. I had everything prepared and ready. 3) I was informed of my offer being invalidated over text when I called. If this was what urgent, where were other texts? I replied immediately to any text I received. I dont see any calls in my call log which was mentioned about this. There was zero communication regarding this. This was such a strange experience since even if you're gazumped, it turns into a bidding war and you're informed on this. This was worse, just told your offer accepted is redundant now, and you can't do anything about it. If your offer is accepted from these crooks, and you have no choice but to work with them, immediately get the advert marked as Sold under contract.
