TrustpilotUnprofessional attitude from Harvey…
Unprofessional attitude from Harvey Lawrence Ampthill branch. Booked house viewing but mixed up a days, we assumed it is on Thursday but viewing was scheduled for Wednesday. That was an genuine mistake and all we could do is apologise. I know it is frustrating but it happened. Harvey scheduled appointment for next day 3pm. He did not showed up, no call to cancel, we waited 25m, tried to call no answer. We missed our other appointment to change tires. Revengeful, I did not expect company employing children!

GoogleUrban and Rural and specifically Jonathan Blake has been our managing agent for our property in MK for a few months now. Jonathan helped us with listing the property, marketing and then eventually finding a tenant and now also manages the property for us. Jonathan did a really good job with quickly turning around the property from the time to market - to the tenants moving in which was brilliant. Overall, it has been nothing short of a fantastic experience dealing with Jonathan. He and the rest of his team are thorough professionals and absolutely wonderful to deal with . I had some not-so-great experiences in the past dealing with estate agencies and so was initially very apprehensive. However, Jonathan has really changed my perception and brings such a breath of fresh air and integrity to his role, and I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for the support we’ve had. Jonathan takes accountability always, is very approachable and is proactive in dealing with issues. I couldn’t recommend Jonathan Blake and Urban and Rural high enough.

Their communication was excellent, always clear, timely, and reassuring, which made a huge difference during what can be a stressful time. What really stood out was the extra effort the team put in to get the sale over the line. They went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track and we reached a successful completion. I would highly recommend the Urban & Rural Stopsley team! Fantastic service start to finish. Neil and Cathy both very professional and knowledgable. I had valuations from a few local estate agents but Urban & Rural were by far the best, especially with communication, so we decided to go with them. We also purchased the property from U&R in 2021 so had a previous good experience. A special thanks to Ann Clark the Sales Progressor whose service was second to none! I could not fault her. We had lots of problems with the other agents in the chain, but Ann remained professional throughout, keeping us updated at every point and liaising throughout the chain. I genuinely don’t think we would have got to completion without her!! Thank you Urban & Rural!

GoogleExtremely happy with the team at MK Urban&Rural, we feel they are very fair and supportive, after constant rejection and so many viewings our offer was accepted and we felt that the team actually wanted to see us as a young family get our first property rather than chase cash/commission. We didnt feel like we where pushed to offer more and more and more like we have been and it was really refreshing to actually get advice and support rather than just rejection! The team are friendly, responsive and supportive and we are so happy with the service, we sent our offer in over the weekend and it was accepted first thing Tuesday (after bank holiday). Would absolutely recommend x

There was a delay with the buyers solicitor and the team kindly provided security checks for us as we had moved away. We were kept informed throughout and are delighted that the process completed very quickly once the buyers solicitors did their stuff. Very happy to recommend this company.

GoogleIt was a long process for us to complete on our house but that wasn’t to do with the owners, us and definitely not Urban and Rural. Amanda made the stressful process manageable, constantly communicating between us and the owners and going above and beyond to help us to try and speed things along. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or to check in with us which made us feel confident in the purchase. Honestly couldn’t have gone through it without her!
