Valentino performed his selling techniques in an excellent manner. He supported my issues and did whatever it took to try and get the right property. Valentino never gave up on my search for the property that catered my requirements. As time nearly ran out he finally found the right property for me and also saved me a fair amount of money. I am very happy with the outcome and will definitely go back to Valentino if I ever need to in the future. Thank you so much for putting up with me.

Looking for your new space with all aspects that make you feel like home can be really difficult. When dealing with estate agents, many only care about your budget, instead of listening to what you're looking for in a home. After being let down by several letting agencies who promised "spacious, stunning, new, etc", but in reality they were different, we were lucky to receive a call from Tomek. He's very positive, and with him, everything was easy, and more importantly, he showed us properties that suited our criteria, helping us to find our new home. Tomek closed the deal very quickly after we made our offer and was always available to answer my questions. We're very happy and will soon be moving into our new home that we fell in love with as soon as we entered it. Thank you Tomek for your outstanding customer service! Nebo & Charlotte

Thorgills is simply speaking the best. I have been working with other agents, potentially more 'famous' on the High Street, where agent turnover was so frequent that I ended up changing point of contact multiple times within the same year, or not knowing anymore who I should spek to. Thorgills feels like a family or a business partner, always welcoming you and your questions, and being very approachable. On the top of that, fees are maintained at a competitive level, making it a good balance between cost and quality.

I've been letting my flat over two years through Thorgills and in general I am happy with their service. When I have been treated unfairly by one of the Letting Managers I've submitted a complaint to the head office and got the issue sorted promptly. The property managers I've been assigned were quite young and to my opinion didn't have much experience but they are always professional and willing/motivated to help you with your queries.
