GoogleI had an exceptional experience working with Samantha Voller at the Banstead branch, she facilitated the purchase of my brothers first home. From the initial meeting to the closing, her professionalism and expertise were evident. She was attentive to my needs, promptly addressing any concerns and providing valuable insights throughout the process. The communication was seamless, keeping me informed at every step. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring a smooth transaction truly set them apart. I highly recommend her & the branch for anyone seeking a positive and stress-free real estate experience.

We had a different wagency validate our house before getting The Personal Agent in and they validated our property £50k less than what The Personal Agents did. They were super efficient and helpful with viewings and the property was sold pretty quickly. Samantha was then allocated to help us reach completion, and she would reply to our emails very quickly, and was always on top of what was happening on both sides. Will definitely be going to them when selling again

TrustpilotThe Personal Agent Banstead
Samantha has been extremely proactive and helpful in selling our property, which was not the case when dealing with other agents previously. Although it has been a longer-than-expected process, Samantha persevered throughout and has always been professional and great at communicating. Also, thank you to George, who has been involved right from the beginning.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Epsom through The Personal Agent and it is my pleasure to recommend John and the team at the Epsom branch. The whole customer experience from the video presentation at the outset to the key handover on completion was excellently handled and we will definitely use them again.

GoogleRay was helpful, polite and effective in every issue the sale and chain raised. He made the chain run as smooth as possible and even when spanners were thrown into the mix, he was swift and excellent at trouble shooting! 5 star service. Thank you
