John at the Banstead branch has been great! He took the time to speak to us to find out what we were looking for and found us the perfect house!! He has kept on top of the chain and gives us regular weekly updates, he also provided us with valuable advice regarding our choice of solicitors, we highly recommend The Personal Agent and cannot wait to complete our purchase 🤩

Have been really impressed with the personal agent with helping us find our potential new home. I've met the lovely Rosie a couple of times now and on both occasions Rosie has been very welcoming and made me feel at ease with viewing houses and answering any questions and giving us lots of information regarding the houses. I had to bring my children for one of the viewings and Rosie was so nice about it and made them feel welcome. Great house viewing thanks to Rosie. Thankyou!
