GoogleWe were planning to relocate out of the area, and was unsure which estate agents to use.
After getting quotes and recomendations from friends locally, we decided to go with personal agent... And I'm glad we did.
Not only were they priced competitively, but their service was spot on. Dan knew so much about the local area and didn't inflate our ego with unrealistic valuations or expectations, instead we got a down to earth plain and straight chat. Which ultimately led to our house being sold relatively quickly.
The after care service by Cat was brilliant, she handled the whole chain with care and constantly chased up our incapable solicitors, probably wouldn't had exchanged with out her.
Overall I would pick personal agent instead of all the local competition everytime, they just seem more classy from a buyers/sellers perspective, and give great service with good communication.
