FacebookI can't recommend the The Personal Agent highly enough. They have done an absolutely fantastic with selling our property. All the staff have been extremely helpful, prompt, sincere and highly professional. They have helped deal with and resolve some slightly difficult issues in our property transaction with a very much "can do" attitude. This makes an extremely refreshing change from all other estate agents which I've dealt with over the years. If you are deliberating over who to choose as your agent - do not hesitate to go with The Personal Agent. A big thanks for Chris, Emma and Charlotte in the West Ewell office.

TrustpilotAppealing service and agressive
A catalogue of errors and poor communication on the part of The Personal Agent resulted in a complete breakdown in the relationship between them and our buyers and they played a big part in us losing the house we were hoping to purchase. They were unable to communicate with any sensitivity and when our buyers refused to speak with them any more, we were left having to pick up the pieces and handle the transaction through to completion ourselves. When we raised the issue with The Personal Agent they refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong. To anyone considering them I would certainly encourage you to see beyond the smiles and sales patter.

While we're hopeful that all of our clients feel we provide an 'appealing service', although our recollection of events is significantly different, we again refer you to The Property Ombudsman if you would like to discuss this matter further. They are able to provide professional advice on your individual circumstances. We're sorry you feel disappointed that we were able to successfully sell your property above the asking price, but wish you all the best for the future.

FacebookHave sold and purchased several properties through the Personal Agent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very friendly, professional and diligent. There are often going to be unforeseen problems when buying/selling your home, however, what struck me the most about the P.A is how well these issues were dealt with. Phone calls and emails returned promptly, patient, understanding staff and most importantly, suggestions of SOLUTIONS rather than 'computer says no' which seems to be so prevalent in society today! Very refreshing.... Well Done Personal Agent, keep up the hard work.

Having had dreadful service from a country-wide estate agent who appeared not to care about my property it was wonderful to come to The Personal Agent who took th time and trouble to get to know me and to care about my sale. The photos they took were excellent as was the whole description and marketing. I was informd of all viewings and got an offer which I accepted within seven days . During the sale process I was kept fully informed of what was happening. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you.

Who to choose? Someone professional, enthusiastic, responsible, honest and must have integrity. I chose 'The Personal Agent'. Got a valuation, exactly what I thought. Now the timing. The market is improving. Is Christmas a good time to sell. They told us 'only serious buyers are looking at Christmas'. Andrew Burn my personal agent stepped in. Day 1 can someone come round this evening? That was quick. Feedback, lovely house. Next day, photographs plans description, property on line. Visit by assessor to obtain energy performance certificate. Two more to view this evening. Feedback, serious contender. Property on Zoopla, hundreds of hits immediately. Suggestion, lets have an open day, we have four couples who want to view, two days from now. Next morning a new couple wants to view. Feedback, two offers made. The serious contender wants our house. Offer accepted. Only 30hours has passed from first call to Andrew to accepting an offer, fantastic. Stressful but exciting. Andrew re-assured us with timely calls. 60 days later, contracts exchanged and looking forward to moving into our next home. Andrew, you and your team are brilliant. Many thanks, John and Carol
