Liam dealt with valuing & placing it on the market in a remarkably short time. He is very likeable & easy to communicate with.We soon had a lot of viewings which resulted in a buyer. Paul took over as our Sales Negotiator. He is very professional , efficient, helpful & easy to communicate with. Ben was also involved & very helpful too. Thank you for making a stressful situation as easy as possible. The whole experience of selling the bungalow has been dealt with really efficiently & I would definitely recommend using The Personal Agent team at Stoneleigh.

GoogleShannon was our seller’s agent and was such a star! Her communication was 10/10 - she kept us updated of the status of things, was really responsive to all our queries, was absolutely patient with us and great at managing our buyers for us when we were experiencing delays with our own buyer. She even helped us to chase our buyer’s solicitors on behalf of our solicitor/estate agent which I wasn’t expecting to keep the chain moving.

Well I have to say how delightful, patient and warm hearted she really is.
