Epsom is renewed for its racecourse and, using this analogy for estate agents, the Personal Agent is the "trainer head and shoulders above the rest". My son and I were delighted by the team who delivered on promises, photographs, professionalism, communication and getting past the winning post.The jockeys rode well and delivered with Sue Boardman excelling in the final furlong.I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get the best overall result for their property transactio.

We were buying a property only without selling an existing one. The chain was fairly small but the vendors purchase was complex. Richard, was very transparent about what was going on and regular communication, having bought and sold many houses the level of communication and honesty was very refreshing.Personal Agent also helped with recommendations around removals and other trades, I would thoroughly recommend Personal Agent.

Since day 1 at The Personal Agent, Richard and his team in Epsom have been absolutely amazing. Helpful, supportive and available at anytime night or day. The communication and information received was swift and regular - always delivered with a smile! I can’t fault this team one bit. The sale of our house hindered by our purchase was managed beautifully with the sale transaction being smooth and faultless! Couldn’t recommend the Personal Agent enough. 5 stars all round!

Spoke to the Stoneleigh office regarding a 3 bedroom detached bungalow in need of renovation that was priced at 475000, spoke to an agent named Paul who advised as I was in a chain I was not in the best position to submit an offer of the full asking price. Approx 3 weeks later having completed on the sale of my property, discovered that the property I was interested in had still not completed and was still SSTC. I asked Paul if he had any more properties in the area and he started to show me a 2 bed semi detached property that was in need of renovation and priced at 485000. I advised in comparison to the other property this was overpriced and stated that if I moved slightly out to Bookham I could buy a property already renovated to a high standard, I was then told by Paul (quote) "Go and buy a house in Bookham then". Very rude simply because I was not prepared to pay over the odds for a property. They have now forfeited a cash buyer and the potential of a quick sale for prospective clients, would not recommend.

The service from Personal Agent in marketing and selling my father's Ewell house was terrific from start to finish. All the staff were efficient and courteous but I must single out Sarah Goddard who was responsible after the house went under offer for seeing the deal through to completion. Cheryl and Ria was absolutely fantastic from the personal agent in Epsom, Cheryl showed me and my daughter around the amazing home we now live in and she went the extra mile for us as we faced some personal hurdles and Cheryl made it all happen and was back abd forth to the landlord for us... Lovely abd bubbly and always such a pleasure to speak with, on the day of collecting keys Ria also a big pleasure to deal with and was very happy for me and my daughter...
