We have worked with the Personal Agent on few occasions - renting a flat, buying a house and most recently letting our house. I cannot praise the team high enough. They have been knowledgeable, responsive, patient and very friendly. They have put us at ease at times when we felt anxious. They have taken care of all the little details that come with house management and we would recommend them to anyone who is planning any house move/management.

GoogleVery impressed, we went into to see a few agents today as we are looking to move to the area and the two young men in The Personal Agent could not have been more accommodating and friendly they also gave us there time and couldn't have been more helpful even though we are not on the market yet. the other agents we went to see really didn't want to know, very impressive. real customer service.

GoogleI would definitely recommend Personal Agent. I had viewings over two offices and the service was outstanding from everyone we met. They communicated well with us throughout our purchase and were always kind and responsive to any communications.

Matthew Bidwell doesn't know what he is doing... I met Matthew while showing me a property in Leatherhead and I couldn't be more disappointed.While showing the property he wasn't prepared for any questions, he didn't know simple sale points for example: if the windows were double glazed or what the area had to offer. Then a few days after I told Matthew that I would need to give some notice to my current landlord and I actually put an offer in before that and haven't received any calls or interest showed ever since. I called him twice to get updates and he never had anything to say. I also asked for the rooms measurements which he said he would send, but obviously I never received anything. What a poor experience... I shouldn't need to chase the agent for updates on an offer, it just shows that Mr Bidwell lacks professionalism and he is not worried about his clients or the agency.Epsom branch needs to give this gentleman more training or find a better salesperson.

He told us when he returned to the office having met you that he struggled to answer a few questions so we have revisited the areas where he was unsure and more training is being provided. Found a buyer within the first few days, very friendly and helpful. I think however that the sold sign went up prematurely and they could have continued to market my property to achieve a higher sale price over the following months while the buyers were getting their own sale in order. Rather than ‘Sold’ it may have been in my better interests to have ‘Under Offer’ during this time.

The Person Agent- It does exactly what it says. It provides you with a very effective and personal service to sell your house.My wife and I had a very positive experience when dealing with The Personal Agent. After trying to sell our house for 12 weeks with one of Personal Agents' competitors,we thought we'd try Personal Agent. They Managed to get an offer on the table in around 3 weeks, of which we accepted. We subsequently have now sold our house and are looking forward to moving into our new property in the next few days.Great pictures, fantastic communication and being realistic when pricing our house, were, in my opinion, all very important contributing factors in getting the job done.If the chance ever presents itself again, I would go back to use The Personal Agent without hesitation.
