GoogleWe are yet to find our dream home but have been on a number of viewings with the guys from The Personal Agent. Kate and Tom have stood out from the other agents who we have dealt with and have always kept us updated with new properties. When we come to sell our home we will definitely be using the team and would highly recommend to others.

GoogleRecently dealt with The Personal Agent, Banstead, as I have been looking for a property in the area. The staff there really looked after me and showed me loads of properties. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying through them as I found something else through another agent, however, if I come to sell in the future, must say.. it's The Personal Agent in Banstead I'll go back to. GoogleTom Iddenden was my agent when I purchased my new property and I can highly recommend. My purchase was not an easy one as I sold my old house before getting into the new one but Tom was always on hand, chasing everyone up and making the process a bit easier. Should I move again in the future I will use the personal agent again.

GoogleShould you prefer the hard sell with one of the more corporate type of approach, with pressure all the way then go ahead. The choice is yours. However, you could select an alternative style, as we did with The Alternative Agent, who will treat you with courtesy and respect, and will support you if there are stumbles along the way. They may even put the kettle on if you need to talk. Yet at the same time, they will beaver away to secure a buyer in the quickest time possible. In our case within days.

GoogleAfter a tricky few months trying to buy a house (through another agency), we finally found our dream home through The Personal Agent. Tom was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that the process ran smoothly. He kept us updated throughout, which is so important in when looking to buy! When he was out at viewings, his colleagues in the office were always on hand to help. I'd definitely recommend The Personal Agent (and Tom) to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Cat at the Ewell office has been brilliant. It is very refreshing to find an estate agent that actually takes on board a sellers requests comments and acts on them. Professional and courteous at all times, with excellent time managements skills proven by the fact she always does what she says she is going to do And in her given timescales. If you are selling your house through this company , I highly recommend you ask for her personally to handle the sale for you.

GoogleI must say that Andrew and his team at the Personal Agent delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. Without them I don't think we could have moved into our new house before Christmas. They were very polite, diligent and also kept us up to date proactively. Don't think we will move house anytime soon, but if we were in that situation again, would definitely go back to Andrew and his team!

GoogleWe received a fantastic service from The Personal Agent during the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. We had been with another agent beforehand who were useless meaning it was breath of fresh air switching to these guys. Sue from Sales was fantastic in pushing our property onwards as well communicating frequently with us before and after viewings. She has real passion for selling properties and we felt confident having her on our side. Once under offer, Sarah from sales progression was also brilliant and pushed our sale on as much as possible. All our calls were answered promptly and voicemail returned within an hour or two. No complaints and highly recommended.
