We received a fantastic service from The Personal Agent during the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. We had been with another agent beforehand who were useless meaning it was breath of fresh air switching to these guys. Sue from Sales was fantastic in pushing our property onwards as well communicating frequently with us before and after viewings. She has real passion for selling properties and we felt confident having her on our side. Once under offer, Sarah from sales progression was also brilliant and pushed our sale on as much as possible. All our calls were answered promptly and voicemail returned within an hour or two. No complaints and highly recommended.

5⭐ for The Personal Agent in Epsom. We have had a difficult sale of our property using another agent hut everyone has been so patient and understanding. We bought through The Personal Agent, Joe and Grace were fantastic. Kept in constant contact and updated us when needed. Sarah in sales progression was brilliant, communicated well and regularly. All staff were friendly, professional and trust worthy. They could be contacted at most times and would always reply or call back when they were not. We have finally exchanged and now can't wait to enjoy our new house. Thank you Personal Agent for help finding our perfect home.

After having a bad time with another estate agents I switched to The Personal Agent Stoneleigh. I would like to thank Paul Davis. I cannot fault the service I have received. My house was under offer after one viewing and is now STC and I am purchasing my new home through the Epsom branch. It is a very strange time to be trying to sell or buy but Paul has kept me informed at all stages of negotiations. I would not hesitate to recommend The Personal Agent Stoneleigh and particularly Paul.

What can I say.. Amazing

What can I say. Paul at Personal Agent in Stoneleigh was incredibly professional and dealt with the sale of our house and subsequent purchase of our new house. This was also through the stressful times of COVID. He was always at the end of a phone to answer any queries and was very knowledgable. If we ever had a leave of our senses and decided to move again there’s only one place we would go to again. We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team any higher.

I wouldn't recommend. I drove an hour to meet with them and they had not prepared the correct documentation in advance. Messed me about really and I got the impression that they didn't seem to actually want to sell the property.

The Personal Agent found me a wonderful tenant on Day 1 of promotion and despite lockdown.starting the following day, they moved in as planned in mid May when they were permitted to. I'm very happy with the service.

Highly Recommend

We have just sold our house with The Personal Agent in Epsom, and I have to say they were exceptionally good! Chris Shaw, who was our initial contact, was helpful, really pleasant to deal with, and always returned phone calls, we never had to chase or wonder what was going on. Sarah Goddard took over our 'case' once the ball was rolling, and she worked SO hard to get everything through to completion, not an easy task with a chain of 5 during the Covid pandemic. Sarah was helpful, understanding and communicative, she always kept us updated and we always felt as though she was really pushing for us to get to completion. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I wish all estate agents were like this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Personal Agent, Epsom and if you get Chris or Sarah to look after you, you're on to a winner! Thanks guys.

Amazed by such a quick sale!

I wasn’t sure about selling the house just out of lockdown, having had 3 different valuations, but the John at Banstead reassured us that we would get our asking price and that it would sell quickly. Great photos and video were taken on Tuesday morning, we were online by Wednesday afternoon, 4 viewings booked by Wed evening, SOLD by first viewing on Thursday morning! Great job guys! We are not completed yet, but I have been very impressed by the whole team so far - John, George and Tom.

Restored my faith in estate agents

Restored my faith in estate agents. The Personal Agent were the first to respond to my initial enquiry about selling my property. They offered the lowest rate, and (as it turned out) the best experience. I dealt with about 4-5 different staff during the course of my sale, from the viewings through to sales progression, and I cannot fault any of them. Courteous, friendly, and professional. I would definitely involve them again in my next house move.

I have used The Personal Agent to manage my property for years now. They are a really helpful team and always answer and resolve any queries you have. Very recently had a huge problem with a leak in my property, Katie was outstanding, especially during the pandemic we are still going through. She was so professional, sorting out tradesmen, keeping the Tennant and myself informed throughout. She was truly outstanding and a credit to her team. Great property management services.

The best team in Epsom

Katie, Ria and Joe, who I have main dealings with, have been brilliant. When you have a query or a concern, they are very quick to reply.My first tenant did not go well, but the team were there to guide me every step of the way.Now the team have found me a lovely family who are in the house and they have been fantastic tenants.I am eternally greatful of all the work the team put in, to ensure that we as landlords as well as tenants are looked after properly. Thank you.I have been with them 3 years and have no regrets at all and they come highly recommended by me.

Highly recommend this company

Andrew, Cat and the rest of the team have been brilliant. We had a couple of setbacks on top of the pandemic and the team were very supportive throughout. They were even available throughout the whole of lockdown. I would definitely recommend Personal Agent when moving house.

Disappointed

Customer service no different from your normal estate agent especially as the certain times due to COVID-19 have proved challenging and confusing for the entire property market. I’ve done a number of things out of good will to assist my tenant however this has not been replicated or equivalently met by personal agent. The stereotypical view of estate agents remain the same.
