Sarah was a star!We had already sold our house and needed to move very swiftly. We viewed a house and less than 5 weeks later we have exchanged contracts largely due to Sarah’s professional manner and timely response to our queries. Very glad that we insisted that Sarah was the sole contact in the Sales Progression Team acting on our behalf!! Moving is super stressful but managed well with Sarah!

Hi I am in a position to rent a house with my family. We are both non smokers and need a pet friendly home as most people do that love animals like their children. I was emailed to say a property I liked would not take pets. Knowing my pets don’t bark, scratch or chew and are better behaved than my children, I called back to see if anyone could help me. Katy the property manager hears how sad I was and even after the landlord refused pets on my initial enquiry she agreed to see me. On meeting the landlord she listened and was very happy for me to have them in her home ( covered in cream carpets!) If it were not for the persistence and tenacity of Katy I would never have been able to even be given the opportunity to view. THANK YOU KATY AT THE PERSONAL AGENT! These guys are very dishonest and never tell the truth.They always lie regarding the prices and offers. we made an offer on a house and they lied to us saying someone offered much more than our offer and just saw the house was sold for less what we offered.....I believe they have their people and lie to Sellers regarding the offers and don't pass all offers to the seller only the low offers from their people and properly getting something under the table.

We assume the above feedback is regarding an offer you made on a house in Ardrossan Gardens which you did not secure? You were one of several offers on this property which were put forward to the owner. The owner chose to run with another offer for their own personal reasons, which was not as high as yours. This was the owners decision!!I can assure you we do not lie and all offers are put forward to our vendors.I note you have just completed on a property purchase through us too, so the assumption that we only pass on low offers and get something under the table is not true, as you are fully aware!

He provided realistic valuation with a clear range of what we might expect to sell for in a range of circumstances which gave us the clarity we needed to move forward with our purchase.
