GoogleStags Tiverton were fantastic throughout my house sale. From start to finish, the process felt personal and professional, and the team at Tiverton Stags were incredibly patient and kind. Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I was quite nervous at the outset about selling a small residential property, but I would strongly recommend the team for any property sale.

GoogleWe have been with Beacon Lee and Ward for many years. I would say that Stags are very fortunate to inherit the excellent letting team from them. Since my husband became ill, all the bureaucracy I had to deal with as a landlord became quite overwhelming. The team have lent me a sympathetic ear and have been giving me the advice I desperately needed. Their professionalism and friendly approach are something they should be proud of. I am very happy to have the Stags letting team acting as our agent and recommend them for letting/renting to all.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house and cannot praise Clare at Stags in Yeovil enough. We had a difficult chain and Clare was proactive throughout, showing the other two estate agents exactly what they should have been doing for their respective clients! Our purchasers even turned to Clare for updates, etc, as their estate agent was pretty useless. So a huge thank you to Clare and to Michelle for all their help and support getting us over the line! On another note, I recommended Clare to neighbours, who wanted to sell their house asap. They were put off by the slightly higher Stags charge, but have been through two other estate agents in over 12 months before finally going with Clare. They spent more on getting rid of the other two agents, than if they’d taken on Stags in the first place with their higher fee. Clare gave our neighbours honest advice, which they followed, and their house has sold within two weeks!

GoogleHave recently sold and purchased through stags in Bideford I wanted to share how amazing team have been from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase. From a sale perspective the whole team were great, from discussions on marketing, feedback from viewings and online performance through to the negotiations on offers and support through enquiries through to completion (often going above and beyond to keep communication lines open across the chain and everything on track) From a purchase perspective we had the same great service and acted in our interests as buyers at all times. We were cautious on using the same agent for our sale as the one used by the vendors of our purchase due to potential conflicts of interest etc but that was unfounded. Transparent and pragmatic across the whole process and a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that breaks from the stereotypes. Although we are hopefully now in our forever home I wouldn’t question using the team again if things change.

GoogleSarah and James worked hard to get our property sold in a tough market. Unfortunately our first buyers did not work out (this was entirely down to the behaviour of the potential buyers) but we got there in the end and completed successfully with new buyers. I would recommend their services.

GoogleWe sold our property in Exeter with Stags and have been very happy. We spoke to a good few agents, and not only were we really impressed with James personally, the sale that ensued proved that his price estimate and vending strategy were exactly correct. We received a very high level of interest: Stags carried out all but one viewing, and we were able to secure multiple offers above asking price in a very short period of time. There were complications as we went forward with our chosen buyers, and Stags provided us with solid advice in negotiation/resolution, and we couldn't really fault their effort and communication in bringing things to exchange of contracts. In this latter period, Myles worked alongside James, but the whole office seemed responsive and helpful. In short, we'd recommend this agent. They are a v. professional outfit, got us an excellent price, and clearly had knowledge of our are.

GooglePhone twice, Friday & Wednesday, for additional information about a wood for sale, nothing complicated just basic information and sadly no call back, no information. Very poor service and not the service one expects from a Stags office. Thank you for your apology and quick response. BUT you have asked me to contact you, again, but you have my details and the questions and it was Martin who was supposed to be contacting me. Instead of replying why don’t you just call me??
