GoogleWhen approaching the agent for information on a property in the area, I was fobbed off with excuses without the agent even looking if the property was on their books. I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent, but I would recommend their staff be trained in how to be polite on the phone to potential customers.

GoogleStags were great from start to finish, even when doing initial viewings Jordan was clear, and very honest about the pro’s and cons of the house which made decision making much easier. We viewed several properties with other estate agents and they all tried to force the sale of the house whereas Jordan knew his stuff and outlined all the features of the property clearly which was important, and let us come to a decision. Throughout the buying process they were responsive and quick to get back, would use them again for sure

GoogleWouldn't deal with Stags ever again! Messed around and upset my 81 year old father who has Dementia! They are not thoughtful, caring or sympathetic in anyway! Will be telling people to stay well clear and will find another agent who actually cares

GoogleI was dreading putting our house on the market. It’s usually a stressful and difficult experience. However, Matt and his team in Torquay took much of the stress away . From the very first meeting when we were given a realistic valuation, Matt managed the viewings really well, even in these difficult times. Matt was very patient and helpful at every stage, at the beginning with choosing which photographs to use, then scanning documents to our solicitor and even helping me with some very detailed and complex forms. Nothing was too much trouble and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Stags.

GoogleUnprofetional and Dreadful. The Staff and manager couldnt be bothered to return our questions twice. When I asked them why the manager said its cos they are run off off thier feet ! We will definitely avoid them in our future search.
