From what was a potentially ill fated trip to view properties in the Torbay area, we were thrilled with the three properties that Noor Mohsin showcased and fell in love with the third one, basically changing our lives. Noor was on hand and immediately responsive to the whole process and a good font of local knowledge that made everything go far more smoothly than expected. Rob and the team were absolutely fantastic when it came to assisting us with our house sale in Chulmleigh. We had bought our house through Stags 9 years ago and had dealt with Adrian at the time. We were very pleased to find that he was still with Stags and would be working with Rob to help us again this time around. Although we had not chosen to sell at the best time, the whole team at Stags in South Molton went out of their way to do everything possible to help us market our house in the best possible way (premium listings, advice on strategy, lovely sales brochure etc). This was particularly pleasing as I would guess that our house was one of the more affordable properties on their books at the time with a very modest commission level. After a lot of hard work on their part, we were delighted to sell to a lovely couple in a reasonable timeframe at the offer price. We could not have asked to work with a nicer or more professional team of people.

I just have to say how amazing Will of Stags in Barnstaple has been in getting us into our new house. I've had my land up for sale with stag for over a year and they have not done anything to sell my land despite being told myself and my disabled daughter where homeless and in temporary accommodation and need the land sold so my disabled child can have a permanent roof over her head and once you buy land from them they will tell you your land has half in value. So if anyone at stag would like to do there job please do contact me .
