GoogleWe have just sold my aunt’s bungalow, I live far from the property and Stags Dartmouth managed the sale for us. We found them to be reliable in keeping us informed of every viewing and we received feedback following viewing. The bungalow was not in great condition but a buyer was found within two months and we have just completed the sale. Thankyou to Naomi and Luke for their advice and professionalism.
completed the sale

GoogleRefuse to give a friends daughter her deposit back when the house is cleaner now than when she moved in. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Avoid.

GoogleThankyou so much to the Stags team, particularly Hannah and Charles for all the time and effort took to letting 3 of our properties,,particularly the bungalow which was extremely tricky and nerve wracking. We had almost given up hope but were told to wait and the right tenants would appear, as they did! And tenants who actually appreciated the stunning views and completely refurbished property!
Hannah was cheerful throughout showing people around.
Thank you!

GoogleI've had my land up for sale with stag for over a year and they have not done anything to sell my land despite being told myself and my disabled daughter where homeless and in temporary accommodation and need the land sold so my disabled child can have a permanent roof over her head and once you buy land from them they will tell you your land has half in value. So if anyone at stag would like to do there job please do contact me .

GoogleThe sales team at Stags Barnstaple have been superb assisting us sell our home. From their first visit to value the house, right the way through to completion, we were provided with a thoroughly professional service. It would be unfair to single out any one individual for praise as all the sales team have played their part and been brilliant.
They provided clear and concise guidance throughout and were always available to answer queries and provide reassurance when needed.
Their experience and knowledge of the North Devon sales market is second to none.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stags at Barnstaple.
Most importantly, all the team are personable, polite and friendly

GoogleOver the years, have used several estate agents in Torquay, with no success. The service, perseverance, patience and tolerance i received from all the staff at Stags, but especially Noor was second to none. Due to my current location, Noor went out of her way to help with other issues that were not within her remit but helped anyhow. I would highly recommend Stags as an Estate agent and Letting agent. My apartment is now sold, I'm stress free and all thanks to Stags.

GoogleWe have recently completed our house sale through Stags Torquay. If you are looking for a local agent in Torbay to help sell your property, then look no further as from start to finish you couldn’t be in better hands. Ultimate professionals with amazing knowledge of the industry and area, while also being super friendly and just great to deal with. We felt very lucky to have Jordan as our main agent navigating us through the process, along with Noor who is also fantastic and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Beyond highly recommended.
