We discovered Sheldon Bosley Knight when they took over from our previous agents. Over the last couple of years I’ve had plenty of dealings with James and even though I haven’t met him, I feel I know him. Always responsive, efficient and professional. I’ve also had dealings with the rest of the team ; Heidi and Mary. They are transferring to the Worcester office which we are happy with. We have occasionally had maintenance issues, but their team swiftly responded and sorted the problem out at a reasonable price. Overall, we would highly recommend them.

Nothing personal, but be cautious with Sheldon.

I hope that those who read my review about Sheldon can actually see how manipulative they are. How can you lead someone on for 2months, and turn around and say the landlord chose another application that was introduced. In your email, you said the landlord went with another estate agency, not yourselves and that before you could even do anything, he had moved with them. We all know that’s a lie, and that NEVER happens. There can’t be another estate agency in the picture. Another offer cannot be introduced to a landlord when a client has been given the go ahead to apply for planning permission. We were already in the process when you did a turn around asking for 9grand- something that wasn’t agreed upon in the beginning. You want to save your company’s reputation and claim my review is not fair, but my review was even much reserved to not damage the little reputation you have left. Should I talk about what happened when we had a booking to visit the property to get a closer look at dimensions for the planning and no one turned up? Should I talk about the fake apology on the phone and a subsequent rebooking and this time the person (Declan) who was sorry he didn’t turn up the first time, didn’t turn up again to the other rebooked meeting and another lady we’d never met was there showing another client the venue at the same time of our booking? If your estate agency is transparent and fair, why are you doing viewings on a property you have agreed with another party to do planning permission. The thing about a company with rotten values is, it’s just a matter of time. We hardly give bad reviews, but I hope people can be advised when dealing with you. Absolutely shocking company. Nothing personal, just looking out for genuine people out there who may come across you.

7Lee, the valuer, was very good and professional but, once we were signed up and passed on to their sales team and then their progressions team, they were more than useless. We have now exchanged contracts and completion is this week but had very little communication from them since selling. Bet they soon come running to collect their undeserved commission though 😤 Update 23/07/26 - Following the reply from Gary Simpson requesting more details - I wrote to him inviting him to call me and I would gladly go through the details with him. 2 weeks later and no response or a call - why am I not surprised! 🤔
