Sheldon Bosley Knight have provided us with the best service, from letting out our commercial unit, managing our tenants, selling our commercial property and recently selling our residential property in a difficult market. I give them 5 stars, and would give more if I could. In summary they go above and beyond, are professional, highly responsive, and deeply knowledgeable. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fabulous estate agents. Very professional, house not only sold over asking but the communication throughout has been phenomenal. A handy ap with all the stats on how many people have clicked on the rightmove vs booked a viewing etc, always answer the phone when you call. Couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely brilliant service from Andy in the Leamington office. From taking our initial call he processed some viewing options which were exactly what we were looking for. He was super helpful and professional taking a call out of office hours and then getting our offer accepted quickly and efficiently. He really had done his homework on the property which ultimately led to us making the offer to buy. Well done Andy , good to see old fashioned customer service lives strongly at Sheldon Bosley 👏👏👏

From the first interaction when the valuation was completed to the agreeing of the sale we found the whole team very knowledgable both of the market and their customers. Would highly recommend SBK Leamington Spa. Sale agreed within a week. Can’t get better than that
