I found Niraj Shah, who works in the Lettings department of SBK really helpful. I am between tenants - the flat needed to be re-painted, the place cleaned and the electricity restored. The resotarion of electricity, especially given Ovo's abysmal performance, has been stressful and unimaginably long - it took three days and several visits by Niraj. Throughout this period, Niraj has been patient and worked through each hurdle even though he was sometimes on leave. His dedication and passion sone through. Thank You Niraj!

Slooooow. Took nearly three weeks from agreeing to list to first advert. Sold in four days. Very poor communication with buyer meant an easy exchange took 3 months and only last minute. Avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleThe people at SBK not only were helpful and efficient in handling my purchase, they also gave me several very useful pieces of advice entirely unasked and generally made the process smooth in a way that other involved parties had not done. Were I to sell my house again at some future time, I would certainly choose to market it through these estate agents.

GoogleIt was great to work with Wayne. He was instrumental in securing the property. Initially we had gone with our own mortgage advisor and our mortgage application was rejected by the lender and he suggested using another mortgage advisor, who was able to get the mortgage approved by the same vendor and us securing the property. It was a pleasure to deal with Wayne in the Coventry office, he was responsive, quick to sort out bumps and very helpful.

GoogleLee, the valuer, was very good and professional but once we signed up with them and were passed over to their sales team and then on to their progression team, they were more than useless. We've exchanged contracts and had very little communication from them. Bet they will soon come running to collect their undeserved commission though 😤

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this auction company. The service was poorly managed, and there was a clear lack of attention to detail throughout the process. The company failed to obtain and verify the correct documentation before the auction. In addition, documents were uploaded to the buyer's legal pack without being properly checked, which raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the information being provided. As a prospective bidder, this caused significant frustration and undermined my confidence in the process. Due to the unresolved documentation issues and the uncertainty they created, I ultimately decided not to participate in the auction. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and diligence from a company handling property transactions. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below that standard, and I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Within a week we had photos and floor plan completed and the following week over 10 viewings and an offer within two days. Answered all our questions, knew his stuff on the properties he was selling and consistently took the time to share updates with me (and my Mum!) throughout the whole process.
