I’ve had dealings with numerous agencies in the past 27 years and my most recent is with SBK for the last 3 years +. I would happily recommend SBK to friends or business acquaintance’s. I have to say I have been really impressed with Sheldon Bosley Knight, and particularly Heidi Mecke and James Taylor. The two of them have provided amazing service. They made the whole process of my old tenant moving out, and getting new tenants for my flat super easy. They were both proactive, and I never had to contact them once to chase. I have dealing with SBK and their lettings team over a property I am about to sell. It was tenanted and there were a few issues, to say the least. Eloise worked tirelessly and relentlessly to resolve the issues and did so very effectively! My landlord recently switched his letting agency to Sheldon Bosley Knight and I could not be happier. They are so prompt in answering emails and happy to help with any problems. Kelly Wright was so nice during the property visit and very open to facilitate solving few issues. They arranged contractors to quote the jobs and the carpet on the stairs and landing was replaced in a matter of weeks. Also know Jo Egan from when she was working for another letting agency and she has always been very helpful. All in all, very happy with them.
