I was treated like a human being.
We will have different experiences in life and things happen to us.
I was almost giving up after contacting all the local agents.
I Was given the kindness and empathy.
Everything today is done on the computer, I understand that, but we're all still human. We still need to chat sometimes.
I do get nervous.

GoogleThis is my first experience with private renting, however, Sheldon,Bosley,Knight have been really supportive by helping me to transition over into another property, and to end my tenancy with them.
Property Manager-Mr Taylor has on numerous occasions extended my tenancy inorder to make sure that myself and son are adequately homed until I move address.
Whenever I had any minor queries, they were actioned within a couple of hours, and then followed up by Sheldon Bosley to ensure their tenancy care and support service is complete.
They run a professional, and fair letting service and the staff also seems very helpful and polite.
I would certainly recommend this professional service to anybody looking to rent.
