Initial start up was good, great photos too. Got a Buyer very quickly but unfortunately we had 2 broken chains. Eventually I heard that our original buyer was now proceedable so I contacted them and we arranged a way of cutting the chain down by our vendor buying the cheapest property in the chain. That was in December and after doing the memorandum of sale we didn’t hear anything at all between 18.12.25- 14.04.26??? No contact to us as clients and my solicitor had 2 short emails to ask if completion was near??? I did all their work for them chasing up things!!!

When I initially contacted them about the rental they had available, they were extremely professional and answered all my questions and queries. They went through the whole process with me (as I had not rented before) and were extremely patient when I asked a lot of questions either over the phone or by email. When the initial rental process was completed, there was a further delay in moving in as asbestos was found in the property so I had to wait another couple of months before this was removed from the property and also for it to 'made good'. Throughout this, the team at the Oadby office were amazing and kept me up to date with everything that was going on, despite my constant 'badgering', but they took it in their stride and did a lot of chasing on my behalf with the insurance company and contractors to get me into the property. I cannot fault the Oadby team at all! They were courteous and professional and I would recommend anyone to go to them if they are looking to rent, or indeed if they were selling a property.
