Niraj Shah's help

I found Niraj Shah, who works in the Lettings department of SBK really helpful. I am between tenants - the flat needed to be re-painted, the place cleaned and the electricity restored. The resotarion of electricity, especially given Ovo's abysmal performance, has been stressful and unimaginably long - it took three days and several visits by Niraj. Throughout this period, Niraj has been patient and worked through each hurdle even though he was sometimes on leave. His dedication and passion sone through. Thank You Niraj!

Nothing personal, but be cautious with Sheldon.

I hope that those who read my review about Sheldon can actually see how manipulative they are. How can you lead someone on for 2months, and turn around and say the landlord chose another application that was introduced. In your email, you said the landlord went with another estate agency, not yourselves and that before you could even do anything, he had moved with them. We all know that’s a lie, and that NEVER happens. There can’t be another estate agency in the picture.

Don't use them

7Lee, the valuer, was very good and professional but, once we were signed up and passed on to their sales team and then their progressions team, they were more than useless. We have now exchanged contracts and completion is this week but had very little communication from them since selling.

Slooooow, problematic

Slooooow. Took nearly three weeks from agreeing to list to first advert. Sold in four days. Very poor communication with buyer meant an easy exchange took 3 months and only last minute. Avoid avoid avoid.

This company (Coventry branch) manipulates chronology, and facts. They lie whenever it suits them! They are not human beings, but ruthless psychopaths lying so brazenly and unscrupulously! I hope one day you feel the full, fitting weight of the humiliation on your own shoulders and back! I can't believe God could create such beings! Dear Vesela, We are disappointed you felt the need to leave this review. You were served an eviction notice due to being significantly in arrears with the rent. As a result, you were given six weeks’ notice of the bailiff’s appointment allowing ample time to pack your belongings. Having chosen not to use this time, you were then given a brief period to return to the property to collect your belongings which, after various delays on your part, the landlord took time to meet you on a Sunday to help enable this. The landlord arranged for your items to be moved into one room, which you were told about, so they would be easier for you to collect and so the landlord could start to redecorate the property to be able to let it again. You were given several opportunities to collect your belongings sooner and the landlord was very fair given the circumstances.

Moved into a rental property ran by sbk a few months ago and have nothing but praise for them. This company has made sure I had any support I needed from the start of the moving in process and even after moving in i get quick responses to any query i may have. Would definitely recommend for rentals the team has been great.

After being recommended I put my house on the market with Declan and Steve. They came to value promptly, house was marketed quickly with viewings booked almost instantly. Sale agreed in less than 2 weeks on 11 December and completed on 28 February. The whole process was straightforward with Declan/Steve liaising with, myself, buyers and solicitors keeping the sale pushing forward. Very good experience with a professional team.
