I applied for a viewing on a rental property in leamington spa. After submitting all my details and being enigble by meeting all the requirements, I received an email stating that the Landlord doesn't want to rent to older couples ( only young people or single occupants, for a 2 bedroom property) And no people with children. This is unlawful discrimination under the equality act 2010 towards age and children. My first experience with this letting agency and an unpleasant one. Very cheeky and smart not to put this information in the listing description of the property( because it's illegal and they know that) . But they made a mistake to put these illegal requirements in writing/ email. I will take this matter further to the legal ombudsman. I'm wondering what they discrimate against more!? Avoid, unless you want to be treated unfairly.

Rented this property for 7 years now. ROBIN JONES was absolutely brilliant to rent with, and sue was the best person ever to work with. If anything needed to be done, it was done. Now Sheldon bosely have taken over, you can write an email and expect no reply. You can expect rent to go up once a year. You can expect absolutely nothing to be fixed in the house - apparently the owner needs to sign off on repairs, crazy he can sign off on rent going up but not sign off on repairs!! And certainly don't expect anyone to answer the phone!

Im living abroad and need a company that I can trust to look after my investmen .I have been with this company for just over a year now and Im delighted with the service to date. Ive engaged with a few people in the company Hamzah ,Taemeara , Daisy ,Niraj over various things e.g. lettings, minor repairs ect and each and all were on top of their game.They resolved issues in a genial ,efficent and helpful manner.I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords in the area. I have just moved to Gloucester 2 weeks ago. Initially it was really tough for me to find accommodation but the way Sheldon Bosley Knight helped me it's really commendable. I am really thankful to Heidi, she was great in sorting out the situation quickly and move things forward in such a professional way that I did feel so comfortable. In the end Mary also helped us in setting up of new house profiles so as a team you people are doing fabulous job. Good luck for your future
