GoogleAmazing experience selling my house through Sheldon Bosley Knight Leamington Spa. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional, compassionate and transparent agent. Every member of the team comes with a wealth of knowledge and were always there to guide and advise. It was my first experience in selling a house and Norma was nothing short of amazing, providing advice on any and all aspects of the process making the whole process that little bit less stressful!

Dear Mark, We are sorry you felt the need to write this review. We have been working hard on behalf of both you and the landlord in relation to the proposed deductions. We believe our proposals are fair and reasonable as we strictly follow the Tenancy Deposit Scheme guidelines when assessing any proposed deductions. We also take into consideration the lifespan and reasonable wear and tear of items when making our proposals. Ultimately, the decision falls with the landlord and if an agreement can’t be reached, it will be decided by an outside adjudication service which is the fairest way for all concerned.

GoogleSBK are just selling my property at Talbot Court. They found me a buyer quite quickly during this challenging time of selling relatively simple flats. The market is not straightforward, but, as I said, they secured me a deal. Ian set up the initial drumming up of interest, Andy Gibbs ordered interested parties into good little groupings, all nice legit trade-secrets for keeping the spark going. In fact, everything was fine, nice and proper, feedback given, conversations had etc.... Norma is currently linking me incognito with the buyer . So-to-speak by opening up a roof over both our heads. Funnily enough, the first question from the buyer concerned the roof. It must be often the roof. The all important 'unseen'. I hope the lady buyer will be very happy in her new home. By the sounds good of it, she is excited. I am excited too and look forward to eventual completion which isn't too far off.
