I want to give a special thanks to Temaera who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. Temaera kept me informed throughout the entire lettings process and has excellent communication/customer service skills. This company is professional, from detailed inventories, to detailed management visit reports, and a highly experienced property management team that quickly inform you on any issues.Would highly recommend this letting agents.

They are very quick to get on complaints escalated to them, and they continue to provide updates until issues are resolved. Specifically, Mr Niraj came for a routine inspection recently, and he was thorough and professional in his approach. All concerns raised during the visit were promptly dealt with. Thank you.

GoogleSBK took over my tenancy and from day one they were always very approachable. They sorted out maintenance issues very quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the landlords decided to sell the property but they were very helpful especially Eloise who did the final inspection and handover. She helped me make the move that little bit easier. GoogleI have to say I have been really impressed with Sheldon Bosley Knight, and particularly Heidi Mecke and James Taylor. The two of them have provided amazing service. They made the whole process of my old tenant moving out, and getting new tenants for my flat super easy. They were both proactive, and I never had to contact them once to chase. Heidi is so quick to respond and helping me resolve issues, and James was extremely patient with all my questions. I'm extremely happy with the service that team at Sheldon Bosley Knight provide.
