GoogleRecently my wife and I purchased our house through Sheldon Bosley Bedworth. We found the staff to be courteous, efficient and friendly. They made the whole process much less stressful and kept us informed throughout. Steven and Declan are both very knowledgeable and helpful and we thank them both so much for their support. GoogleRenting with Sheldon Bosley Knight for about 4 Years and a Half, and whenever we had any Issue at the Property, they immediately act upon it and we always get the Support we needed. Mr Niraj Shah Inspected the Property recently, and it was a pleasure to Meet him. We asked for some Improvements at the Property, and he quickly put them through to the Landlord, and received a Positive Response. I definitely Recommend Sheldon Bosley Knight as Agency to Deal with.

GoogleI met Niraj Shah first time last month when he did a routine visit to the property my son and I rent for 5 years now. He observed and listen to our little issues we had with the property. He was very supportive and very efficient in contacting the landlord to agree to sort all the improvements we needed. Highly recommend the agency , for the efficiency in sorting any issue we had in the past too !

GoogleIt can be very difficult to chose an estate agent. They generally have the same commission but what stood out about Sheldon Bosley Knight was the lack of a tie-in period which suggested they were confident in selling your property as opposed to just retaining business with a long tie-in. We were not disappointed an excellent service , we would recommend them to any one thinking of selling their property.

GoogleAfter being recommended I put my house on the market with Declan and Steve. They came to value promptly, house was marketed quickly with viewings booked almost instantly. Sale agreed in less than 2 weeks on 11 December and completed on 28 February. The whole process was straightforward with Declan/Steve liaising with, myself, buyers and solicitors keeping the sale pushing forward. Very good experience with a professional team.

GoogleFrom the outset, the team at SBK were wonderful. a truly personal service but always being professional, honest and realistic in order to manage our expectations. We had a really difficult sale due to issues outside of our control and Samantha and Matt were exceptional in listening and advising us on our options and possible outcomes. In particular I have to give a mention to Samantha who was our go to person and never failed us. They got our sale over the line against the odds and we are so thankful. If we could give them 6 stars we would.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Sheldon Bosley Knight and have to say it was dealt with brilliantly. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. Will Glendenning dealt with my purchase from start to finish and he definitely went the extra mile to achieve exchange on the property, he also kept in touch with me as often as he was able to. Special mention to Matt who got exchange completed at speed which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend anyone to use SBK to buy or sell, they are extremely professional.
