Support requests and maintenance are always handled swiftly, smoothly, and without a hint of friction. Communication and negotiations with our landlord, facilitated by Claire and her team, have been seamless, transparent, and fair, exactly how it should be. Renting a home can sometimes feel stressful and transactional. With Claire, it’s been the exact opposite... effortless, human, and actually enjoyable. If there was a “Gold Standard” award for lettings managers, Claire would be wearing the crown. GoogleA wonderful residential letting team who are always working hard behind the scenes for their customers. Claire, Scott, Tamara, Louisa and Katie are all always happy to see you and make you feel welcome from the moment that you step over their doorstep. Emails and phone calls are always answered helpfully and with expert knowledge. Their landlords and tenants are their top priority and sourcing of flooring perfect for their needs. It is a delight to work with Sheldon Bosley Knight's Leamington Spa's residential letting team and we couldn't recommend them more. Well done team.

We asked Gavin Stokes from the Nuneaton branch to let our flat. We wanted the full management package. He arranged to value the property with tenant. Tenant has been in touch to say he never showed up. No email to us explaining why. This is after us waiting for him to come back after annual leave. So much time wasted. We're pretty shocked.
We are so sorry this happened. It was a genuine mistake on the part of our agent. We are sincerely sorry.
