We have so much thanks to give to all the team at Seymour’s in Addlestone! We were THAT family who fell in love with their dream home before our own home was even on the market…..all the team at Seymour’s knew how much we loved and wanted this house and they did absolutely everything in their power to make this possible for us. Andrew was fantastic, that same day he came and valued our home and arranged the photographs so our house could be on the market within 24 hours of viewing the house we loved! Also a big thankyou to James, Ronnie and Rory who worked hard filling the diary with viewings…..we sold within 2 days! John on the sales progression team has been fantastic. We had a couple of little bumps in the road during our house sale following the survey and John was on hand offering advice and guidance throughout, nothing was too much trouble and he kept us updated throughout the whole sales process. Sorry if I have missed anyone off, but I couldn’t review without giving credit to each and every one of you as you have all been a big part of getting us to this point. We exchanged earlier this week and get the keys beginning of November! I can’t recommend Seymour’s highly enough and we are so grateful to all of you for helping us get our forever family home!

To sell a family home, I originally contacted Seymours Addlestone for a valuation for probate and was immediately struck by their professionalism and realistic knowledge of the local area. Once probate was granted, I was back in touch and was again hugely impressed by their local knowledge and the speed with which the process was put in motion. As I don't live in the area, they handled all of the viewings, managing to get more than thirty viewings in just over a week, and from that, a large number of offers culminating in the accepted offer being considerably over the original asking price. Selling a property remotely after a bereavement isn't something I'd wish to repeat but can not thank the team at Seymours Addlestone enough for all of their hard work in making it as smooth a process as I could hope for. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
