If I could give more than 5 stars for the service Seymours provided, without hesitation I would. A stellar service with an approachable, communicative and efficient team of staff. In particular - Clive Gee. Clive helped me well over and above the call of duty for almost 18 months with my buying and selling 'journey'. He was at all times an absolute delight to work and communicate with, not only displaying the utmost professionalism and proficiency at all times but in equal measure empathy and sympathy to my situation and the particulars of my case. I cannot endorse or indeed thank him enough for the outstanding service and support he provided at every singly step of the way - thank you so much Clive. All the best to all at Seymours and for anyone thinking of using this excellent estate agents (if you're super lucky with Clive!) - 100% recommended.

Anyone looking to sell their property should look no further than Seymour’s. Right from the beginning Andy was up front and honest and his knowledge of the market and area second to none! As first-time buyers, we were quite overwhelmed by the whole process. We weren’t very impressed with how the realtors understood our needs; they kept sending us random properties just to make a quick sale. Seymours really stood out at this point. Aaron was there from day one, not only through email but also calling regularly to ensure he understood exactly what we were looking for in our perfect home. It only took us a week to decide on our dream home, and the entire process went smoothly. We’re now in the middle of the legal process, and Aaron is still there, answering every question I have. I highly recommend them. A special thanks to their talented young team member, Tom, who showed us the house. He was friendly, professional, and although he’s young, he already seems to have a wealth of experience. I’m sure he’ll be their new star someday! :)

As soon as I met Charity Holden, I knew she was the only realtor I wanted to work with. She was easy to talk to, I could tell she really understood what I was looking for, and she’s very knowledgeable. Charity and her team were fantastic to work with from the beginning right through to the end. Excellent! We’ve not had the best experience with other estate agents in the past but we were pleasantly surprised by Seymour’s in Guildford. There was an issue with one of our viewings but Chris at Seymour’s went out of his way to facilitate all our viewings that day even though it was a logistical nightmare. The best real estate agency in Guildford. They showed us the difference between us and other companies with the service they provided with their helpful and rich portfolios suitable for the houses we needed. From the very beginning of our search for a new home, Chris Ludlow at Seymours was incredibly helpful and supportive (...and patient... showing us some properties up to 3/4 times haha). When we eventually found the place we wanted to call home, Chris helped us complete the necessary offer forms and negotiate a price we were happy with to the seller. Once the offer was in, when you'd think estate agents may go quiet, I had weekly (sometimes daily !) chats with Chris and he introduced me to Clive Gee who was our main liaison for the ongoing sale. Clive was so tremendously helpful in making sure things were progressing between solicitors, and again spoke to us very often. We had a tight turnaround of only 3 months from offer to completion, and without the help of Chris and Clive, and their level of professionality and support, this may not have happened! Also a quick shout-out to Fiona who took us for a few viewings when Chris was unavailable, very warm and informative. Overall very satisfied and couldn't recommend enough... There are always horror stories when purchasing, and we've had bad experiences in the past with other estate agents, so we are so grateful to Guildford Seymours as it was a smooth process with lots of support on hand. 5* !

Excellent service all round from beginning to end. Sound advice and a realistic valuation resulted in offers being received soon after the property was put on the market. On the marketing side, Luke, Alex and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, keeping me well informed of the viewings and feedback.
