Our experience with Seymours Estate Agent has been very good. We approached them to conduct an assessment of my mother's house, with a view to putting the property on the market once she had moved to another residence. Charity was business like, courteous and helpful in guiding me (and the family) through the valuation and marketing process. Due to my mother's unexpected passing not soon into the process, we needed all the support we could get and Charity and her colleagues provided that for us; I found the agents handling of this tricky situation was a well judged balance of keeping the process moving whilst ensuring we were informed but not overwhelmed, as well as leading us through the choices that we needed to make. The security of our personal information was excellent, with secure communication channels set up to protect our dialogue with them. We have very recently exchanged contracts with some buyers, who I know will be able to adapt the house really well to suit the needs of their young family. I confidently recommend Seymours to other potential clients.

Thank you to the Seymours sales team!!! The were really professional from the first meting with Simon then Luke who organised mostly all the viewings. Then Sonal Rabhery who acted as their solicitor and done a very good job staying in constant contact with me through the sale but I need to give a big thank you to Clive Gee, client services manager who has been incredibly helpful with me linking with the buyer, solicitor and me. Well done to you all. It could have been a very difficult experience but they all made it as smoothly as possible for me.

I would highly recommend Seymours - professional, friendly, approachable and they get results! I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Seymours Guildford, Chris took me on several viewings and I was hugely impressed by his detailed knowledge of every property he showed me…and I asked a lot of questions! Following my offer being accepted I had some complicated tax issues and Luke went above and beyond to find me the right advice and information which was the difference between the deal collapsing and a successful outcome. I dealt with several Guildford agents during my search and Seymours were in a different league.

In a difficult period, on the back of Covid, Seymours were absolutely the most proactive and enthusiastic agents and a breath of fresh air. I am very grateful to Seymours Estate Agents, Guildford Branch for looking after me so well during my house sale. I was very appreciative that having not moved for 30 years I was very out of touch with the processes involved, so I had a lot of questions but was never made to feel stupid. Simon was the main contact in the Guildford office. He was excellent and gave us really good advice and was able to get a buyer at just the right price. This was a difficult house to sell as it was not really a family home more of a Buy to Let investment. We used 3 other agents in Guildford over the past 2 years and this did not result in a sale despite having reduced the price several times. I chose Seymours to market my property as they came up as one of the top agencies in the area and I wasn't disappointed with the service at all! They offered great, honest advice on the asking price and Luke was constantly on the case - finding potential buyers and sending feedback on people who had viewed the property. When I did sell, my transaction was particularly stressful and Clive was a great help chasing solicitors and keeping my onward purchase up to date.
