After a disappointing experience with another agent, just one viewing in nearly two months, we decided to try Seymours, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked into their modern office, we felt welcome. We were introduced to Ben, who immediately put us at ease and clearly explained what they could offer. Within two hours he had visited the property, taken photos, and started preparing the listing, and later that same day we had two viewings booked in. Ben kept us fully updated, even calling in the evening to discuss feedback and present an offer. When it wasn’t quite where we needed it to be, he worked hard on our behalf and secured the figure we were hoping for by the very next morning. We’re incredibly grateful for their proactive, professional approach and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as we move into the next chapter of our family’s lives.

Great experience with Seymours agency. From the first viewing until the offer being accepted there was an excellent communication without any issues. Amazing experience from the initial call to arrange the viewing all the way through exchange. Always approachable, reachable, professional and reliable when they say they would call you back. We truly believe we wouldn't have got the house without Amy's perseverance and huge efforts to keep the chain going. We were chain free initially but our circumstances changed and we became in a chain as we decided to sell and not do let to buy. Amy managed the whole situation so well and kept the chain going until we were all in a position to exchange. She was always available and kept chasing the solicitors, seller to answer our enquiries even the ones that we raised directly and not through the solicitor! I had a very positive and easy experience with Seymours! I spoke to Sam G regarding what I was looking for and he lined up multiple viewings for the next day, each property having everything I said I was looking for, it became hard to make a decision on just one! Aisha then took us for the viewings and was very friendly and knowledgeable on each property we saw! There was another team member I spoke to whose name I didn’t catch but they helped me put an offer on the property I liked the most and made the process really easy and was super friendly explaining each step. We’ve had a bit of a time of it with our house search, stretching back to last Summer when we bought a house through Seymours Woking which unfortunately fell through. Whilst we have had the odd hiccup with some members of the team, Mo and Max in particular have been excellent showing us around and assisting with booking in viewings.
