I have recently sold a property through Seymours Estate Agents Woking, Sales. They have been excellent from start to completion keeping me fully informed at all stages of the process. They always got back to me to answer my queries and the whole team communicate with each other so, whoever answered the phone when I called, they were able to help me. This is an excellent company to do business with and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Amy Sandys kept me informed throughout the process from offer acceptance to completion and was a pleasure to deal with. I also spoke with Spencer Darrington several times during the sales process and he, and his colleagues, provided excellent advice on pricing and strategy. I am also very grateful to Matt Clifford who started the process and was very helpful regarding pricing estimates and provided much help and advice at the early stage of the process. It has been a pleasure to deal with Seymours and I felt very well supported throughout the process.

Amy Sandys is an amazing Client relationship Manager! Her communication is amazing and you feel like you’re never being too much with any questions. Even with certain question that I did not understand, she took her time to explain everything in detail and why it’s needed. Her responses were always fast and so professional. She helped speed up the last stages of the process and was effective in doing so. She truly helped me get to the finish line in the end and if it wasn’t for her, it probably would’ve taken so much longer than it did. 5 stars for Amy!

We have recently purchased a property through Seymours and had a really good experience. We viewed houses with a few different agents but the Seymours team were the best, we never felt they were pushy and they really took time to listen to us and work with us on what we wanted. Was rare to feel like someone was supporting us as the buyer when estate agents work for the seller! We had Spencer as our contact and he always went above and beyond to get us viewings, was really helpful and not too pressuring. And then after the offer was accepted the process was smooth and we felt very supported as first time buyers. Amy was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Very glad the house we chose was up with Seymours.

We purchased our property in Woking this Jan 2024 using Seymours estate agents. We were very satisfied with the service we were provided; I’ve used other agents in the past but I can honestly say that Seymore’s are the best! Although I was the buyer, I was particularly impressed with the service they provided the seller, they made sure we were appropriate buyers and had all our ducks in order before accepting an offer, they also fought to get the best price for their client and also advise us on the fair market value of comparable properties. One more important point, use the mortgage providers and solicitors they recommend! They are not exaggerating when they say they will get you the best deals, I paid £500 for my last mortgage adviser for a lifetime service, and they couldn’t get me anywhere near as good a deal as their associates (Complete Mortgages). They also wave the £350+ fee if you go through Seymours. As for the recommended Solicitors (PLS Solicitors), they were also exceptional. They were through and very fast! I was particularly happy with the fact that I could pick up the phone and call them at any time, within working hours, and not just told to go online by a robot. It makes such a difference. Overall we had a really pleasant experience with Seymours and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the area, also please do consider their recommended services, they are all intertwined professionally so its harmonious.

They managed to sell my property in a difficult market conditions for a fair asking price. Special thanks go to Spencer who was on the case from day one, finding buyers for my property. He showed incredible patience and determination in finding me the right property to purchase, he listened and understood on what we need. And he always provided the best advice during the process. Kieran was very friendly, helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable when showing us properties. Also thanks go to Amy. Seymours handled the purchase of our property really efficiently and in a dedicated manner. Brett negotiated a great price with the seller and our relationship manager, Amy, got us through what turned out to be quite a long and stressful sale process. Amy was available on a daily basis, managing our numerous queries, while working to deadlines we had with our mortgage offer and moving date from our rental property. She did a fantastic job getting the sale completed while spinning more than a few plates with the seller’s solicitors, our solicitors, the land registry, banks etc. She knew details of what was happening at every stage of the process and was sure to keep us updated as and when anything progressed, which we were really grateful for.

The difference between Seymour’s and the other agents in Woking is that they are straight on the case. I think I contacted 4 other agents - they all did a valuation but then, nothing. Over a month later a couple of them eventually did follow up calls whereas Seymours were all over it like a hot rash (in a good way!). I actually told the other agents why I’d chosen Seymours so they could learn how it’s done!

Amy Sandys was our point of contact at Seymours, and she really went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process went as smooth as possible. She was communicative and friendly, which was a huge help. We did, however, find that having a different Seymours representative to show us round a property each time was impersonal compared to other estate agents we've dealt with and we felt a bit rushed at times, so we can't quite justify a 5 star review. All in all though, a very straightforward experience and we wanted to give Amy the shout out she deserves!

Upon purchasing our first home we found Seymours Woking to be polite, friendly and helpful from our first viewing through to collecting the keys. In particular our Client Relationship Manager, Amy Sandys, was excellent. Through, at times, a difficult transaction Amy was always on hand with prompt responses to any queries we had and kept us informed with clear communication throughout. Being very friendly and approachable it was refreshing to deal with Amy as any issues arose with the purchase and she definitely helped put our minds at ease. We would be glad to use Seymours in the future particularly if we had the help of Amy again.
