⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service. Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. It was certainly not a reflection on Serena or the team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Serena and everyone at the branch to anyone looking for a caring, professional and trustworthy estate agent. We were fortunate to be able to view several houses which met our criteria, and throughout our search we were helped by negotiator Serena Provenzano. This estate agent has been exemplary in terms of the service and the people who have helped with a recent purchase in the area. Charlie, Sandra and the team have been fantastic. During viewings, I had Charlie who provided a very professional experience and was extremely knowledgeable about the properties from its history, previous ownership, recent building/extension works and reasonings and aligning it to my values. During viewings, he also suggested different types of properties to help inform what options were available in case I missed them in my research. He has additionally spent time outside of working hours to help provide information and progress the purchase of the property. I can't state just how important he's been in making this process as easy as possible while providing a kind and caring personal touch when this is one of the biggest purchases a person can make

They had two buyers competing and I was able to sell. On route there were issues that could have made the sale fall through but James and his team were calm and handled the sale process to a successful conclusion. James is a professional and his senior experience was really important to get this sale done.

There are times when you need to have an estate agent to be on their "A-Game", which is exactly how Tom performed when completing a valuation at my father's house. He attended to the valuation with a high degree of professionalism and compassion as he completed a probate valuation. He spent the time to listen to my father's stories and was the type of person you would want to be there. The valuation and all communications were completed and delivered to a very high standard. I would highly recommend speaking with Tom next time you come to sell your house or need help in establishing an accurate valuation.
