Our sale wasn't the easiest in the world and was fairly protracted, but Seymours were hugely professional and patient throughout. They were honest and open every step of the way and helpful every time we needed them and they went above and beyond on more than one occassion. Having recently purchased and sold through Seymours Horsell, we can’t recommend them highly enough. James, Lloyd and the rest of the team are always friendly and professional, but Tom Biffen in particular has gone the extra mile for us on many occasions. What we especially like is that he has never been pushy, he is very honest, and we trust him. Tom knew exactly what we were looking for in (even calling to tell us about a property coming on the market with another agent!) and when we found a property we loved, he worked hard to ensure we had multiple viewings and several offers on our house within a week. We’ve now moved into our new home (this one marketed by Seymours). Tom and Sandra have been very helpful throughout the purchasing process and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them.
