Lloyd Moss has built his team from the top employees at the other Seymour’s branches and all sales team members are fully briefed on the properties on offer, so no “Saturday girls or boys!”
There marketing budget is extensive and covers videos, glossy brochures and extensive advertising.
The network of branches in Surrey also increases proactive market exposure, rather than just bunging it on Rightmove and wait for the phone to ring!

During the process we engaged with most of the Horsell office, and was impressed by all of them.
Since then we've been dealing with a number of agents (still trying to find a new house). And very few are of Seymour’s standard.
