We recently exchanged on a property in Horsell, and Sandra and the Seymours team could not have been more helpful and professional. We had an unexpected glitch with our buyer releasing funds, which meant that exchange was held up by over a week. Sandra was very understanding about this, and worked hard to reassure our vendor that all was OK, and maintain the completion date that we were aiming for despite the late exchange. On the day of completion Seymours were excellent on driving communications at getting everything wrapped up, and we were in the house at 10:30am with a free bottle of Prosecco from the team to say congratulations. Very glad our vendor selected such a friendly and easy to work with company!

Sale of my late father-in-law’s property. Initial contact was with James Taylor who demonstrated a clear understanding of the market, was very open and honest on prospects and gave us confidence to proceed with seymours. The viewings were efficiently handled by Charlie Hanson and we were very happy with the quantity of offers and prices bid. Following a short and professional negotiation Sandra Mitchell looked after the stressful process leading to exchange of contacts. Even when very little was happening she kept us updated and gave us complete confidence that she was looking after our best interests. This was a difficult time for the family following the loss of such a loved man and we really appreciated how Seymour’s supported us.
