Journey to our last purchase started with a viewing with Ronnie showing us the property in a very professional manner. Unfortunately, the purchase was not straightforward as there were a few complex bottlenecks. Rocky start, horrible ending - honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone Rented with Seymour’s. During my search they where very responsive and accommodating - even then, I was told multiple lies about apartments I was shown, and got stood up outside a property during viewing because “oops, we don’t have the keys till tomorrow” During the renewal period I was told my rent was going up considerably because “they could get more in the open market”, but that I was a “good tenant” so they would give me a £10 discount per month over the "market" price. I refused that joke of an offer and left. They then rented my unit for less than what I was paying originally! They never listed it for the price I was told, so they just straight up lied. While that was happening I got calls for an entire month and a half to do viewings, with notices of under 24h most of the time (which was against what the contract dictates). Overall, they are "nice" until they get you to sign, then will try to milk everything out of you until you leave. Sadly, I have to write this review in an account they can't match to my name as they seem to own the entire region.
