GoogleBen has been absolutely fantastic with the sales process. The valuation was done quickly, he had people in viewing the house in days and really talked me through it all. He kept me in the loop and really made me feel like he was working for me and got a very good price. hole process was great.

GoogleRocky start, horrible ending - honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone Rented with Seymour’s. During my search they where very responsive and accommodating - even then, I was told multiple lies about apartments I was shown, and got stood up outside a property during viewing because “oops, we don’t have the keys till tomorrow” During the renewal period I was told my rent was going up considerably because “they could get more in the open market”, but that I was a “good tenant” so they would give me a £10 discount per month over the "market" price. I refused that joke of an offer and left. They then rented my unit for less than what I was paying originally! They never listed it for the price I was told, so they just straight up lied. While that was happening I got calls for an entire month and a half to do viewings, with notices of under 24h most of the time (which was against what the contract dictates). Overall, they are "nice" until they get you to sign, then will try to milk everything out of you until you leave. Sadly, I have to write this review in an account they can't match to my name as they seem to own the entire region.
I am sorry you have had a poor experience. You have written a review on Seymours Guildford Sales which is a totally different business to Lettings so would suggest you move the review to the relevant google page to be picked up by the appropriate team

GoogleI would just like to say thank you to the Seymours team at Addlestone. First impressions count and the Sales Manager Andrew Hunt impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge and yet non pushy approach. The team that conducted the viewings were outstanding, communicating well, they were efficient and confident with a warm, positive approach. Then we have the after sales care managed by the wonderful John. Despite a heavy workload, he was always available when you needed him and took action when required, resolving any potential problems swiftly. He had the perfect balance of professionalism along with always somehow finding time for a quick chat even if it was just for reassurance. It’s rare these days to have a service you can’t fault but this team led by Anna worked incredibly well together and I have to say lead the way in how a business should work. To sum it up they do what it says on the tin!

GoogleAs someone who hadn’t gone through a sales process in over 20 years, Seymours Woking guided us through well . And when an issue arose during one of the viewings that was taken on board and noted for future viewings.

GoogleFrom first meeting through to house sale everything was smooth and well handled - one minor hiccouph during the process but that was immediately rectified. Of note the valuation given was realistic unlike some of the competition who were suggesting a much higher (and unattainable) sale price.

GoogleWe sold our house through Seymour’s Woking. Ben was our estate agent. He was enthusiastic, friendly and communicative throughout. He gave us good advice. We were very happy with all the staff we dealt with, throughout. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our first house through Seymour’s. Start to finish the team have been amazing. Amy has kindly guided us through the process from offer to completion and I could not recommend, or thank, her enough. Amy was very responsive, helpful and made everything as easy as possible for us. Could not fault her or the Seymour’s team. We would happily use them again in the future.

GoogleAs property agents not at all professional very rude to customers. Have number of properties on website but they hardly showed us few ,non negotiable apart from that if you ask for properties with lower price on uploaded on website they say its gone.its hard to believe that brand name like Seymours does not update their website. Annoyingly they hang up call while we were discussing if someone is in need of service you provide does not mean you can dominate and take advantage of someone.

GoogleThe team at the Guildford office were fantastic to deal with throughout our house purchase. Our seller was very difficult and their solicitors were not very proactive.
