GoogleI have sold my house through Seymours, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The customer service was poor, the support was inadequate, and the overall experience fell far below my expectations. For the fees charged, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, communication, and commitment. Unfortunately, I feel I received very little value for money.
I would not recommend Seymours to anyone based on my personal experience.

During our viewings he completely understood what we were looking for and, thanks to his extensive knowledge of Seymour’s portfolio, was able to secure us a viewing the same day to a property we later offered on. His knowledge is second to none, there wasn’t a single question he couldn’t answer in the moment about every property he showed us. He strikes the perfect balance of showcasing the home whilst also giving us chance to discuss privately. Dan continued the high standards and worked incredibly hard for us during the negotiation stage. We cannot recommend both of them enough

GoogleExceptional service from staff at Seymours Addlestone! Our sale was delayed by the buyers solicitor. Staff, in particular Natalie and Nick, went above and beyond to make sure the sale did proceed and completed to meet our final deadline.
They responded to all our calls and emails immediately and communicated with the buyers solicitor to push things along. This should have an easy transaction but became increasingly difficult, however Natalie and Nick gave us excellent support throughout. Many estate agents just find you a buyer and leave you to it, but staff at Seymours Addlestone helped throughout the process and without their intervention I'm sure it would have fallen through. I would highly recommend Seymours at Addlestone 👍🏻
