Previous estate agents we have had have been rather impersonal; friendly enough and efficient - the houses have got sold at good prices. But we found Seymours to be all the right things for effectiveness and proper selling plus a real warmth and friendliness from all three people there. A few issues that arose were dealt with well and a rather big problem handled very decisively and effectively. Full marks all round

Having moved house a few times during my life, I've experienced the highs and the lows of moving home. Ian and the team at Seymours Cranleigh branch were very efficient from the first valuation appointment up until the morning we finally completed.
