Initial contact was with James Taylor who demonstrated a clear understanding of the market, was very open and honest on prospects and gave us confidence to proceed with seymours. The viewings were efficiently handled by Charlie Hanson and we were very happy with the quantity of offers and prices bid. Following a short and professional negotiation Sandra Mitchell looked after the stressful process leading to exchange of contacts.
