Jeff and Simon supported us through a long drawn out sale process hampered by loosing buyers due to Covid and loosing purchase properties in the process, then finally buying a probate property again impacted by COVID timelines. They were always professional, understanding and had a level of patience I am sure our chain tested at times! I had the pleasure of dealing with multiple teams at Seymours Knaphill. In the sale of my home, Mark, Clive and Ian all made the process painless, during the pandemic uncertainty and, a difficult time for me personally. They were personable, knowledgeable, and available! Not at all like typical agents just after the "sale"! House went on the market with them in Oct last year and by Nov had a "great" buyer - amazing! Clive (and my Conveyancers I might add) were instrumental in helping to close the deal at a good price. Especially after another agent had failed to even get me quality viewings! And then the Lettings team (Thomas, Ashley) were so polite and proactive in assisting in my rental search, helping me to secure the property I wanted in speedy fashion.
