GoogleIn what should have been a "easy" sale with no chain on either side we encountered a highly "time challenged" solicitor on the buyers side. The conveyancing process became incredibly fraught. Anna, from Seymours performed over and above to support and guide us, performing roles that were out of scope for an estate agent. When it comes to pricing properties, we use our experience of trading as estate agents in the local area (in this case nearly 30 years) combined with modern technology and market trends. Regardless of this, pricing property is never an exact science, but we do try to guide all of our clients to the best of our ability. Often, the best practice is to expose a property to the marketplace fully and openly for a period of time to explore every enquiry that is received. By doing so helps to ensure that the best price is received, but ultimately the market itself dictates the terms.
