GoogleAlthough we had a few problems regarding seeing the house that were not caused by him, Toby helped us a lot and made it an easy process, even though it was our first time renting a house in England. They do their best to ensure that the tenant does not experience any problems by managing the rental process end-to-end. At a time when it was impossible to find a house, they told us over the phone about a house that had not yet been put on the market, and unlike most people, we rented the house without seeing the inside because it was exactly what we wanted.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHugely impressed with Owen Whiter, who showed me a few properties. He was well prepared for each viewing, remembered details about me which were relevant to the flats, and demonstrated very good technical knowledge. He was constantly encouraging the sale, without being pushy. If you're lucky you'll get him. He stood head and shoulders above other Agents from various firms In addition, I was supported superbly by Client Relationship Manager, Amy Krelle, who managed the whole process from agreed sale to exchange of contracts. She was proactive, very quick to respond to requests, and always offering excellent advice. She was constantly chasing up all parties, always successfully. I knew there was someone there as keen to exchange me.. Particularly impressed when she had difficult news to pass on, very professional, the issues were resolved very quickly.

We are third time buyers and we've struggled for almost 3 years to move. We've ended up between unreliable estate agents, chains falling through and unreasonable buyers. GoogleWe used Seymours for the sale of our property and found them to be professional from the offset. Amy has been excellent communicating with us once an offer was made right up until exchange. All the team have been very friendly and polite during any meetings. If anything negative, maybe when making viewing appointments they could confirm by email and the same if cancelling. GoogleNot sure where to start but my experience so far with Seymours in Woking has been absolutely amazing. They are second to none when it comes to all aspects you get with a real estate agent. Tom and Billy was my point of contact during my progress with Seymours and i couldn't ask for any better. Billy and Tom were both empathetic towards me and my partners circumstances when house hunting and were very informative and quick when i had queries. It was like having Google by my side, the whole team really looks after you in all fields and you couldn't get it better anywhere else. GoogleReally friendly team. Once we had registered with them they sent us some excellent property options most of which met our needs. We have previously struggled to find a rental property because we own a dog however the team at Seymour's had a really positive attitude. They didn't see this as an immediate barrier and negotiated on our behalf with the perspective landlord making sure we were kept informed at every stage. GoogleSeymours helped me and my husband find a flat to rent in the Woking area. The experience was average from finding a place to exiting the flat. Like many other lower rating reviews - we’ve felt they favoured the landlord over tenants and once our tenancy agreement was signed this became very clear. Like others we’ve felt we wanted to leave this review after we left using Seymours and our tenancy. We didn’t really feel like this estate agent was impartial to landlord or tenant like others we’ve used. It’s unlikely we would use them again in the future.

GoogleI've been pleasantly surprised how easy Seymours have been to deal with, as a tenant having my old house taken on by them for letting, and coincidentally moving from there into a flat rented from them too. Nolan Dark valued and let the old house and I heard good things from my landlord, as well as him being very friendly and on the ball when he came to value it and show people round. Then Tom Cheape was my main contact for the new place, who answered many questions well and moved fast to secure it within a couple of days of first viewing. Rachel Lambert and Amanda White in the moving team were brilliant too, as well as Leanne on the management side helping sort out any moving in queries and repairs. Really a great experience so far.

GoogleI currently employ Seymours to manage my property in Addlestone. We are on our second tenancy with Seymours and although we have been generally satisfied with the service, we were sometimes frustrated at the lack of communication. That was until we started dealing with Anna Patrick, who came onto the scene when we let our property out to the second tenants in November last year. Anna has been superb and a true professional from day one and guided us through every aspect of the process and any difficulties. In addition, Anna has explained who is the right contact to talk to, which was our issue previously and hence why we were frustrated, as we did not understand the set up and contact points within Seymours. It is amazing the difference one person can make and how our impression of Seymours has improved since liaising with Anna, who is definitely a great asset to the Seymours team. We look forward to retaining her as a contact and continuing a very positive partnership with Seymours.

GoogleRecently exchanged on selling our home with Seymours. From the very beginning, Seymours stood head and shoulders above the competition. Brett sold us this house 4 years ago and had delivered amazing service, so to see that he was now Sales Director felt like a safe pair of hands. Ben's service for valuation was exceptional and really instilled in us a confidence in the service we would receive and demonstrated expert industry and local knowledge. Thanks especially to Spencer, Alessio and Ashleigh, viewings were handled with great organisation and communication, and they delivered clear feedback. Dan supported the negotiation of our sale, and we really appreciated his honesty and efforts to get us the best possible offer. Then it was over to Amy for the rest of the process. Her support has been invaluable. She had an uphill battle with our solicitors, but worked so hard to keep all parties talking and really drove the momentum. Nothing was too much trouble, and she always took the time to answer our questions and explain the process to us. Her cheery nature, positivity and endless enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer care were extraordinary and we are so grateful for all of her support! Can't recommend Seymours highly enough. There's a reason that the vast majority of 'Sold' signs in the area belong to them!

GoogleOur experience with Seymours has been amazing throughout our search for our first home. After a disappointing fall-through at the start from a seller, Lorenzo was so helpful, kind, and keen to help us. He really made a great effort to look after us and help to find us the right property in a very fast-moving market! We have found Lorenzo and the team to be really "on-it" with new options and ideas throughout. We have finally found a property in neighbouring Horsell and so were passed across to the sister-branch of Seymours. During this process Archie has also been fantastic, offering encouragement, advice and help to us which ultimately led to us securing the property. GoogleMy partner and I are first time buyers, Seymours were very responsive, quick and helpful. We met a lovely young man called Billy who was professional, gave clear communication and could see he had a sense of humour. He didn't give is a hard sell and allowed us to look at the property without applying the pressure, which for me personally I don't like as it cones across desperate. I think finding the right estate agent is key as it can really reduce the stress. Since writing this review we have had our offer accepted. Thank you Seymours Team. 😊
